These Honorary Black Belts granted to Armed Forces Instructors around the world, with more than 20 years of field experience
in training their countries official Forces, as a recogntion by UCCA. No training will be imparted as this certification
is only an endorsement.
The Stages of Certifying are as follows:
1. Application, 2. Security Screening, 3. Assessment
of Forces training experience 4. UAC Expertise Assessment 5.On line Interview 6. Qualification,
ACCS UAC Certification & Committee Membership of the ITAC: International Tactical Authority Committee is granted.
